I want to be the most succesful person in the company and I want to create something that people would never expect that because I love to make something that people can believe me especially I can design a lot of thing in my mind. Next thing is, I want to exposed my ability to people that I can do with succes.
And of course I would like to be a CEO in my company I will give all my 100% attention to my company. For my salary I would like RM3500 something.
To be the CEO of this company I need to talk to people so I don't look awkward and I have to train to be a professional. I also have to learn other languages besides Malay because nowadays we have to learn other languages like Chinese. I also need to improve my English so that I can be more confident in chatting with my clients. I also need to change the way I dress to be more confident. Lastly I need to manage my work so that I can get ready in the near future. I also have to keep up with the time so my customers can get the best service from me.
This is our 10 weeks with Sir Zaini, actually its been a hectic week for us because we got so many assignment to due by this week. Today class will be held at Lab Incubator which all of us similar with this place because every Tuesday our class will be at this lab.
Back to this subject, today Sir Zaini ask from us to set up our report which is Business Plan for our entrepreneurship business. Actually we have to to create our business to sell at students in Politeknik Sultan Idris Shah in our group. Sir Zaini also help his students to prepare this report.

This week is the 12th week we study together with our lecturer Mr. Mohd Zaini bin Zainudin or we called as Sir Jai or Sir Zack! And you know what, today is our sir Jai’s bornday! All of us celebrate together by wishing and singing happy birthday song to our beloved lecturer. And yes, he deserved that even more.
Okay then, This week is our first time in this class named Akademi Keusahawanan placed beside inkubator keusahawanan at Jabatan Perdagangan. Still same, we are doing our business plan until we all done doing it. And we all watch together about event entrepreneurship at Kolej Komuniti Sabak Bernam.
Over this past semester I have gained a substantial amount of knowledge and experience that I can and will use in my future career as a teacher. I attempted to use the knowledge that I had learned in class in my field experience at the Tri-County Career Center to improve on my teaching skills and overall professionalism. In retrospective, I feel as though I have really made some progress as to becoming a teacher but there were areas in some of the teaching dispositions that I need more improvement on. I will address both my strengths and weaknesses in each of the four teaching dispositions that we have discussed in class in this paper. The first teaching disposition that we talked about in class regarded high expectations for students and teacher attention to issues involved in social justice. I definitely have learned a fair amount of content that can be related to this first disposition in my two education classes. The first thing that came to mind was whenever we talked about universal design for learning in class.

Our class have to writing about class activities in every week now was week 10 at web blogger and for the subject Entrepreneurship (DPB2012) , class DSK2A for session June 2019. Our lecturer for this subject is Sir Zaini. I will share you guys about what activities that we happen in our class in week 10.
On 12 September at Inkubator, Sir Zaini was teaching us about business plan on chapter 5 while used projector as a visual add. Production plan have divided into three, first is operation and production process, then raw material sources and lastly is layout planning. Another sub topic is financial plan that have divided into four. Firstly is business startup cost then break even analysis, income statement and lastly cashflow.
7th week
Salam sejahtera and a very good morning to everyone. This is our 7th week of this semester and also our 14th class. We were travelled in a new chapter which is Business Plan. It’s an important chapter that can help us in our future. Business plan is a first thing that we should learn to achieve business objectives.
A business plan is also known as a venture plan, entrepreneur’s plan, working paper, project paper or prospectus. It is a written document and describing the overall plans of a business in detail, that is what the entrepreneur plans to do and how he plans to do it.
Therefore, a business plan is also a blueprint of a company which is presented in a standard business format that is logical and realistic. The business plan also summarizes the operational and financial objectives of a business and contains the detailed plans and budgets. It’s really a good chapter to know and learn. This chapter will show us what are the importance of a business plan to an entrepreneur.
4th July at TECC class
Salam Sejahtera and a very good morning to everyone. Today is 4th July and also our 2nd class of Entrepreneurship subject with our loveable lecturer Encik Zaini Bin Zainudin. We are entering TECC class for the second time for this subject. As usual Sir Zaini introduced us about Entrepreneurship subject in our first class. Then, we are going to present today about the first title that Sir Zaini gave us. It’s not easy but we tried our best to present in front of our classmate.
Moreover, we separated as a group and we prepared our presentation in TECC class. Sir Zaini gave us just 15 minutes to finish the discussion. We were really very excited to present the subtitles of the first chapter. Each group make a slide to explain their own points on the subtitle that given to them. Every person in the group should voice out their points and also have to explain.
We should thank Sir Zaini because he helped us when we blur on our point or we cannot give a full explanation. Maybe it is our first time experience on this subject but as Sir told us if we not give up we will achieve something. So, last but not least the first chapter has gave us a small lesson to overcome a difficult situation. Hopefully we learned the first chapter and enjoyed our second class of Entrepreneurship at TECC class.

Hi everyone, today I’m going to talk about what we study on 7th week. We study about Business Plan. The business plan is one of the management tools used to achieve business objectives. The accuracy of a business plan will reflect the management’s ability, experience, and history in running the business. Therefore, every aspect of the business should be clearly written and explained to the various parties. Among the aspects that should be stressed and focused are the marketing approach, research and development, human resource management, business risks, financial strength, and production techniques. A business plan must communicate the company’s ideas and goals clearly and is critical for the creation or expansion of a business.

Assalammualaikum and good morning to everyone. On 23rd July 2019 we are having our Entrepreneurship subject with our favorite lecturer Encik Zaini Bin Zainudin at TECC class. This is our 4th week using TECC class and TECC class is something new to us since it’s located at different department, so it is always been interesting for us to come and be ready to learn at the TECC class. Plus, the order of the table and chair is in group so when we are having discussion it become so much easier. The lecturer also can observe us much well.
On that day, we have been learning a new topic that’s about Business Ownership on chapter 3. We learn that there is 4 factor in selecting business ownership that is capital, personal assets, span of control and sharing of information. Sir Zaini make a slide for this chapter to make it much more simpler for us to understand the chapter easily and show it using the projector in the TECC class.
Other than that, we also learn that there is four types of business ownership. That’s it sole proprietorship, partnership, private limited company and public limited company. As usual Sir Zaini will explain about it to us in a simple way but informative. We learn a lot on this chapter and we get a lot of knowledge on this class

Sir Zaini finished his explanation about the chapter 3 and then he divided us into group to do an assessment. He divided us into 4 group and each group got their own topic to do a research about it and then do a quick presentation based on our understanding about the topic. The topic we had to present about is types of business ownership.
After receiving the topic, we used computer at the TECC class to find some information related to the topic we were given. As for my group we need to find an information about sole proprietorship. Basically, sole proprietorship is solely owned and operated by one individual and known as sole trader. After collecting the information we make a slide in PowerPoint to easier us to make a good presentation.
Other than that, using the computer we must surf the internet to find a procedure on how to do registration for sole proprietorship business. After completing our slides, using the projector in the TECC class we show the slides in front of the students and start presenting our topic to the classmates using the knowledge and the information we get. We also learn something new using computer at TECC class that is how to connect computer to the projector without having to connecting any wires.

On 16th June of 2019 in week 3, we have learn about Chapter 2, which is Business Ideas and Opportunities. Fulfilling needs and interests. Ideas for setting up a business can be found from an individual’s different needs or interests that are constantly changing. Analysing life problems, Problems experienced in life can sometimes provide a good idea for starting a business if the entrepreneur thinks creatively.
Our community today prefers devices with multi-purpose usage. The concept of recycling is also a source of starting a business. Observing changes in community for those who are alert with the changes in the community’s lifestyle can see available needs and opportunities. Using the latest technology changes in technology can change the structure of the industry and the market. It will give an entrepreneur the opportunity to innovate his products or services.
Observing and Establishing a network if individuals are still attached with their organizations, they can create a network at the workplace and make it a source of innovative ideas.
On Tuesday 9 July, We are in a group of six people had to produce the four main content that I told about. We need to find the important content that we can bring to our presentation.
We searched the reading material on google and the article from the key figures we could bring to our presentation also exchanged opinions to make a good presentation. When Sir Zaini gave the assignment he needed to go to the meeting but he gave us time to prepare until he was done. We also complete all the assignment within a set time and we need to present the completed task. Lastly we have to present what we did to our friends. They also give their attention to us while we are explain what we do.
I am Fadhlin DSK 2A student in Politeknik Sultan Idris Shah, today we began our second entrepreneurship class with Sir Zaini. Last semester Sir Zaini taught us the subject of Malaysian Studies, what is different at this semester every Tuesday we will go to TECC to study the subject of Entrepreneurship and what is more interesting in TECC is more spacious and comfortable than in the classroom.
On that day we were to present The Cashflow Quadrant where we had to discuss every single article written in the book. There are four main content namely Employee, Businessman, Self-employer and Investor. What I can learn from the main content is very useful!!

The sole proprietorship is by far the simplest business structure with minimal legal requirements under Business Registration Act 1956 (Amendment 1978) and the procedures of Business Registration 1957. The form of business structure is solely owned and operated by one individual. Example of sole proprietorship is tailors, beauty salons, restaurants and mini market.
In this chapter, we are given task of making presentation using Microsoft power point using the computer provided. When were already done making a preparation for presentation, we need to connect the tasks from computer to LCD. So that, all of students can see and learn what work we have create using Microsoft Power Point in this chapter. Tecc class is very convenient for all of student right? Owning a business is one of the first things an entrepreneur must decide on before embarking on his venture the proper form of business ownership. Selecting the right form of business ownership is important because the form of business ownership will determine how the business is organizes, how the money that flows in and out of the business handled and how the business is taxed.
In this chapter, we are given the task of making presentation using power point. I very excited to use power point because a lot of benefit when using Power point. Which is, you can use Microsoft Power Point to create interactive presentations containing text, art, animation, audio and video elements.

In week 4, I learned about Factors in Selecting a Business Ownership. This is my first time learning about entrepreneurs in more details. We were assigned a group assignment to prepare the presentation on this topic. We completed this assignment using the convenience of a laptop located at TECC. After completing the assignment, the presentation begins group by group. Each group presents the assigned task and questions are answered throughout the presentation.
Through this presentation, students can learn more about entrepreneurs. On the whole, this activity enhances the knowledge as well as can closer relationships between students and lecturer.
In addition, in this chapter I have learned about Capital, Personal Assets, Span of Control, and Sharing of Information. This is also my first time learning about this. What I've learned is Capital is the main element that determines the type of business. Personal Assets are liable to the creditor if losses are incurred either in a sole proprietorship or a partnership. If an individual wants to have a bigger span of control and authority, sole proprietorship is the best form of ownership. If an individual decides not to share information with his counterparts, it is advisable for him to form a sole proprietorship. That's a summary of what I've learned about 4 factors in selecting a business ownership.
In conclusion, what I have learned so far has helped me in carrying out this entrepreneurial project.
In the 4th week as well, I've learned about types of business ownership. This is also the first time I've heard and learned. We were also assigned a group assignment to prepare presentations based on the groups given by the lecturers. A question and answer session was also held during the presentation. There are many benefits that have come to us during this presentation. Such activities should be done more often as students build higher confidence in themselves while also enhancing their understanding of learning entrepreneurship.
What I've learned in this subtopic is there are four popular types of business ownerships for an entrepreneur to choose from, sole proprietorship, partnership, private limited company and public limited company. A sole proprietorship is an attractive form of legal status for a new business. A partnership refers to a business owned by at least two or more individuals but not exceeding the maximum number of 20 persons. In a general partnership, all partners have unlimited liabilities for the debts of the business. In a limited partnership, some of the partners have limited liabilities, they share the firms profit or losses but do not take an active role in managing the company. That's a bit of my understanding of what I've learned about this subtopic.
On the whole, this subtopic enhances the existing entrepreneurial knowledge of all students and helps students understand more clearly.
Also I’ve learned about Approaches to Seeking a Business Idea in this chapter. A common problem we hear among new entrepreneurs is that they do not know how to come up with a profitable business idea. As a newcomer in the business world, to enter the market is always a problem because most of the businesses would have been monopolized by experienced entrepreneurs.
The last thing that I’ve learned in chapter 2 is Guidelines in Choosing a Business Idea and Opportunity. In this topic we have 6 guidelines that we should follow as a entrepreneur. First, Data Collection and Research. Second. The entrepreneur should collect as much information as possible pertaining to the business. Preparation of a Complete Business Plan. An entrepreneur should prepare a complete business plan which includes the business mission. Next, Establishment of a Linkage or Network. A potential entrepreneur should develop a linkage or network with other entrepreneurs when he starts his business. After that, Funding. Also, Hiring of a Workforce If Necessary. Workforce is an important asset to succeed in an entrepreneurial business. Then, most importantly is Confidence. In order to initiate a business, an entrepreneur has to have confidence. Last but not least, we should have a Good Time Management. Being in a business is time-consuming.
I feel it worth it to learned this subject because I think its important for us to know about all this thing because we can use what we’ve learned as a starting to do some business.

So, in week 2 I’ve learned about Chapter 2. Its about Business Idea and Opportunities. The definition of Business Idea and Opportunity is a concept that can be used to make money. It focuses on a product or service that can be offered in exchange for money.
Next, in the same chapter I’ve also learned about Primary and Secondary Sources of Business Ideas and Opportunities. A business idea and opportunity can be obtained through primary and secondary sources. These sources will provide the types of information needed by an entrepreneur to effectively identify opportunities or evaluate ideas.
Also, I’ve learned about Sources of Innovative Business Idea and Opportunities. Four such areas of opportunity exist within a company or industry or known as internal sources of business opportunity are unexpected occurrences, incongruities, process need and market changes, while demographics, change in perception and new knowledge are external sources.
Moreover, I also learned about Process of Recognizing, Analyzing and Choosing a Business Opportunity. For an entrepreneur, identifying, analysing, and choosing business opportunities are essential to determine if the venture can make profits and sustain its comoetitveness.
On 18th July 2019 we learn about approaches to seeking a business idea. First is, fulfilling needs and interests, analysing life problems, diversifying the usage of goods, observing changes in the community, using the latest technology, observing and establishing a network.
Next, Sir Zaini explain the list guidelines that must be followed in choosing a business ideas and opportunities. First guideline is, preparation of a complete business plan. An entrepreneur should prepare a complete business plan which includes the business mission. Second, establishment of a linkage or network. A potential entrepreneur should develop a linkage or network with other entrepreneurs when he starts his business. He should register himself as a member in professional clubs.
Furthermore, we learn the third guidelines which is funding. An entrepreneur must learn how to obtain funding from friends, family members, financial institutions, or the government. They need to know the amount that is required to achieve profile. Then, hiring of a workforce if necessary. Workforce is an important asset to succeed in an entrepreneurial business. An entrepreneur should hire workers only when there is necessary. Confidence also the guidelines in choosing a business ideas and opportunity. In order to initiate a business, an entrepreneur has to have confidence. Lastly, good time management. Being in a business is time-consuming. An entrepreneur has to manage his time wisely so that can balance his time between the business and his family and friends.

First, Sir Zaini explain about the meaning of business ideas and opportunities. A business idea is a concept that can be used to make money. A business opportunity is a proven concept that generates ongoing income. It is a business idea that has been researched upon, refined and packaged into a promising venture that is ready to launch.
Next, we learn about primary and secondary sources of business ideas and opportunities. Primary sources refer to first-hand data or information gathered directly through observation, experiments, interviews, and surveys. In addition Sir Zaini describe about the process of recognizing, analysing, and choosing a business opportunity.

Today I want to share about my activity in the entrepreneur classes in this day. Today on 25 July 2019 (Tuesday) was a second class of this subject in this week. This week is still in the fourth week of the study session in this semester. Sir Zaini told us to continue the presentation that we have to stop on Tuesday classes. The next group that presents is group number 3 which is presents about partnership. Partnership is divided into two things. It is about advantages of partnership and disadvantages of partnership. What I learn about the advantages of partnership, it can increase in resources for capital, sharing of business risks, direct rewards, and ease of formation. Other than that, the disadvantages of partnership is unlimited liability, limited life span, lack of continuity and conflict.
The next group is group number 4. They will present about private limited company and public limited company. Both of that have the advantages and disadvantages. They have explained in details about the topic. What I learn about private limited company is it have the advantages such as limited liability, perpetual life and ease of expansion while the disadvantages is high set-up, high taxation and lack of freedom in the transfer of ownership. Public limited company has the advantages too such as perpetual life, transfer ownership and economics of scale. The disadvantages of public limited company is high taxation, high set-up costs and restriction of activities. Then Sir Zaini ask us a few questions about it to test our understanding besides waiting the next presenter to get ready the power point that they prepare.
Next is the turn of group number 5, They will presents about acquisition, start-up and franchise. Acquisition, start-up and franchise have the advantages and disadvantages. All of it is about liability and perpetual life. It was the last sub topic in chapter 3. Then Sir Zaini make a summary about this whole topics that we has presents. All of us did a great job because the explanation of each group is amazing. I am so glad that I can understands this topic very well.

Today I want to share my class activity in 23 July 2019 (Tuesday). It was the fourth week of the study session in this semester. That day DSK2A had an entrepreneurship class by Sir Zaini. Our class is in TECC room. On that day, Sir Zaini divide us into groups which is one group have five group members. We were instructed to provide one Power Point to do a presentation about topic that we got. The main topic that we will learn is Business Ownership. In this topic we will learn about factors in selecting a business ownership, types of business ownership, sole proprietorship, partnership, private limited company, public limited company, acquisition, start-up, franchise and various ways to establish a new venture.
On that day, just a few groups that presents because there has not enough times to cover all the topics. The first group is present about the factors in selecting a business ownership and type of business ownership. Factors in selecting a business ownership is about someone who is thinking of launching a new business should consider the following factors in selecting a proper form of ownership. The factors in selecting a business ownership is divide into four which is capital, personal assets, Span of control and sharing of information. Other than that is about the types of business ownership. In that topic I learn about the legal conditions of each form of business ownership must be considered by the entrepreneur to make the right choice and must take the advantages and disadvantages of every form of business ownership during the selection process. There are four popular types of business ownership for an entrepreneur to choose from sole proprietorship, partnership, private limited company and public limited company.
