I will improve my speaking skill when communicate with customers and learn other language too so it's easy for me to talk when meeting clients of different races.

Human resource managers are in charge of many duties pertaining to their job. The duties include planning, recruitment and selection process, posting job ads, evaluating the performance of employees, organizing resumes and job applications, scheduling interviews and assisting in the process and ensuring background checks. Another job is payroll and benefits administration which deals with ensuring vacation and sick time are accounted for, reviewing payroll, and participating in benefits tasks, like claim resolutions, reconciling benefit statements, and approving invoices for payment. [2] HR also coordinates employee relations activities and programs including but not limited to employee counseling[3]. The last job is regular maintenance, this job makes sure that the current HR files and databases are up to date, maintaining employee benefits and employment status and performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations.

Today we are learning about the business plan report. we were very fortunate because when we made a business plan report and we were guided by Mr. Zaini. Mr. Zaini also provided an example report for us as a reference and this made it easier for us to do so because of the business plan
What I have learned from this topic is that business plan is very difficult to do because this report have so many page and have so many thing in it. Business plan is very meticulous. Without this business report, our chance to get money from sponsor is very hard. That’s all for today. Stay tuned!
